General Conditions:

After making a reservation, please send a down payment to our French account with
Banque Postale FR59 2004 1010 0717 4039 4F03 881 or par French chèque.

The down payment is € 175,- for the studio or € 100,- for the single room.

In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before your stay, we will refund the down payment. When cancelling less than 6 weeks before your stay, we will refund the down payment only when we find an other occupant for that period.

Please make the payment of the remaining amount on the arrival day.  We can not accept credit cards and non-French cheques. However, you can transfer the total amount in advance.

Our apartments are strictly free from cigarette smoke and other smoking materials.

Please, smoking is not allowed, neither inside, nor on the terrace, nor in the garden.

To bring a pet with you is usually not a problem, the house has a tiled floor and is easy to clean. Bring a dog basket or blanket for your animal. It is not allowed, to leave your dog alone in the house. And please, if you like to bring a pet, think of our sheep and free-ranging hens.

Plan of the apartments

Depending on your preferences, there are several configurations for the beds in the bedroom of the Studio, see below. In the first setup it is possible to choose the beds to be made whether as twin beds, or as a double bed with 1 large blanket for 2 people. We also have a baby bed available.

The single room can be rented as a 2nd bedroom together with the studio, possibly by replacing the table with an extra bed.
